Maureen Tavernaro is the STREAM Coordinator here at St. Agnes Catholic School. She received her B.S. degree in engineering from Missouri S&T (UMR for us old timers!) Early in her career she worked as an Industrial Engineer for Foodmaker, Inc. which owns Jack In The Box restaurants. She is originally from St. Louis and has spent the past 7 years as a STEM Director and 6th, 7th and 8th grade math teacher for Holy Cross Academy in St. Louis. Her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs. In her spare time she enjoys knitting, movies, concerts and visiting her 3 granddaughters. She is excited about joining the St. Agnes community and is looking forward to sharing her love of all things STEM with the students.
