Ellen Holzum is a second grade teacher at St. Agnes. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Truman State University in 2014 and completed her master’s degree in elementary education also at Truman State in 2015. Before joining the St. Agnes staff in 2022, she has previously taught 3rd grade (2 years) and 4th grade (5 years). Ellen is originally from St. Louis and loves cheering on the Cardinals and watching Blues hockey. She and her husband, Andrew, enjoy spending their free time chasing down their son, Isaac, and playing recreational sports around Kansas City. Ellen particularly enjoys teaching religion and growing in faith with her students
