Ellie Heit teaches 7th and 8th grade Social Studies at St. Agnes Catholic School along with 7th grade Religion.  She grew up in the Archdiocese of Kansas City Kansas before going to Kansas State University, where she earned her BS in Secondary Education. She started her career at Emporia Middle School before joining the staff at St. Agnes. She loves talking to her students about her passion for Kansas History and finds joy in answering the questions they have about the Catholic faith. Outside of school, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading as many books as she can.
