PTO is already starting to plan for next here. The Saint Agnes PTO has a strong tradition of supporting students, staff, and families through a variety of events. Events such as fall festival, book fair, trunk or treat, and teacher luncheons happen because of our PTO leaders and parent volunteers. To get the ball rolling and plan the year accordingly, we are now looking for lead volunteers to step up and lead. Each event could use 2-4 leads based on the size of the event. Our vision is that one person is not having to do all the work and that the current leads will teach new volunteers their way. We would like to have at least two lead positions filled for each event by May 15th to ensure that these events can take place during the 2023-2024 school year. Once we get lead positions filled, Time to Sign Up will be posted in our school’s weekly newsletter to recruit further shift volunteers, item collections, and other needs to make that event happen.
