1st Grade

First Grade is dedicated to helping each child achieve their greatest potential.  Each student will learn to recognize God’s truth through the beauty of God’s creation. First Grade teachers strive to educate the whole person, socially, spiritually, intellectually, physically, and morally. They work to create a positive learning environment that promotes self-esteem. The First Grade program builds upon skills taught in Kindergarten. It also provides hands-on learning opportunities and encourages students to become active, engaged learners. The mission of Saint Agnes Catholic School is to educate the whole person – body, mind and spirit – according to Catholic values.
