Come help out the St. Agnes teachers and get to know the students better too! We need 2 volunteers to do Lunch Bunch from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. every day. You will be assisting our youngest students with the salad bar, opening milk, getting napkins, etc. You can volunteer daily, weekly, monthly, or just once in a while when you get the chance! (Volunteers are required to be Virtus trained.)
Volunteers make St. Agnes a great place to be…contact Katie Chaffee-McClure with questions or concerns.

Parents, you’re already dropping your students off for the first day of school…plan to join PTO on the first day of school after drop off on Tuesday, August 23rd for coffee & donuts. New this year…we will be gathering in the cafeteria for coffee and donuts, where our first PTO meeting of the year will be held at 8:15 a.m.
The students, faculty, staff and parent volunteers pulled off an amazing day of service! There were a variety of service projects and activities for the students…it was a proud day for the community of St. Agnes. Ask your student about it…or check it out on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/stagnesrams/
Rams Reaching Out is right around the corner. Save the Date – Friday, April 29th is our 2016 Rams Reaching Out Day of service. This year’s theme, “THIS HaND Will Serve”, reminds us of the seven Corporal Works of Mercy: give drink to the Thirsty, give food to the Hungry, visit the Imprisoned, care for the Sick, shelter the Homeless, clothe the Naked, and bury the Dead. Click here for more information.
Important date alert! Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 14 for Hands on Science Night at St. Agnes. There will be hands-on experiments for students and families of all ages as well as the students’ science fair projects and artwork will be on display. Consider participating in the STREAM fundraiser that night…a spaghetti dinner will be offered in the cafeteria. Volunteer if you can! It will be a great evening to showcase the great work of our St. Agnes students.
Thank you to the great PTO supporting St. Agnes! Here’s the first semester update:
- We have earned nearly $1,200 from the Target Take Charge of Education Program. Thank you to those families who have assigned St. Agnes as their beneficiary.
- We’ve earned nearly $4,000 in SCRIP proceeds. Thank you to those families who have made this a regular part of your shopping routine. Click here for information on how you can participate in SCRIP.
- PTO has been able to provide each teacher with a stipend for classroom materials. An additional donation will be provided to each teacher for the second semester.
Thank you to the many volunteers and leaders who make PTO happen.
